Klinger proves its commitment to construction safety each day by providing an injury- and incident-free work environment. Our employees receive continual safety training in first aid, CPR, and OSHA 10, as well as specialized safety.

We work closely with our customers to coordinate construction safety at the site, especially when operations are ongoing. We believe in proactive incident avoidance planning and, in addition to safety planning and inspection performed by an independent safety consulting firm, we are coached and monitored by our very own in-house safety personnel. Our worker's compensation rates are well below the industry average, which enhances field production and reduces insurance rates.

Both our craftworkers and our field supervisors participate in a comprehensive construction safety award program as an added incentive to encourage all employees to adopt and internalize a culture of safety.
