PROJECT OVERVIEW

Klinger has completed the first three phases of the new Avanyu Plaza at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center.

The first was the Starbucks which is one of the largest in the country at 4,000 square feet and includes a community meeting room.

The second two buildings were recently completed and include the first Laguna Burger in Albuquerque and a new Domino’s Pizza.

Plans continue for the growing development.
