We’ve had the pleasure of completing numerous projects at the Route 66 Casino, beginning with renovating the popular Route 66 Buffet.
The updated space is designed to be a truly all-encompassing experience where New Mexico’s best buffet can shine and customers can enjoy a vast range of food including American home-style classics, Mongolian, sushi, BBQ, and Latin Street Food.
