PROJECT OVERVIEW

This 11,000 SF clubhouse is the focal point and crown jewel of the entire Del Webb Mirehaven development. In fact, this building will be the only one of its kind in the Albuquerque area, as there is nothing else like it in the local market. It sits on six acres of sloped ground with courts, a swimming pool, event lawn, multiple fire features, and a commanding view of the Sandia mountains and Albuquerque.
