Work was completed in the pharmaceutical facility, which included an 18,800 square foot addition. The job required an auger cast retaining wall as a basement was built against the existing building. The job was designed around a 23-ton lyophilizer built in France.

Our remodel phase was subject to FDA inspection after completion and owner start-up. New construction included Class 10 Cleanrooms as well as Secondary "Clean" Areas and Laboratory Space.
