The project was completed in multiple phases for non-profit, National Dance Institute-NM. Phase I consisted of building out 15,200 SF which included five dance studios, faculty offices, student locker rooms, restrooms, new vestibule and security office. Phase II included renovating 23,600 SF of the existing building. It included installing a new proscenium, dance floor, vertical lift door, fixed seating, telescoping seating, technical booth, theatrical lighting system, sound system, restrooms, cross over, offices, prop storage, dressing rooms, lounge and costume storage.
