Klinger provided structural concrete and three pre-engineered metal buildings in the construction of the world’s largest cheddar cheese processing facility located in Clovis, New Mexico.  Cooler panels were used in the metal buildings. A total of 11,000 cubic yards of concrete were installed in the 300,000 square foot facility.  Work was conducted with 50 on-site contractors.
