Klinger is a merit shop contractor and has maintained a traditional General Contractor value of doing as much of the work on projects as possible. This allows us to better control costs and schedule.
On most projects we perform:
· Demolition
· Electrical
· Structural Concrete work
· Site concrete
· Rebar placement
· Concrete finishing
· Structural steel erection
· Mechanical/HVAC
· Misc. Steel fabrication and installation
· Specialty installations
· Rough carpentry
· Finish carpentry
Klinger sets the quality and performance expectations for the project. Our crews are productive through craft and supervisor training, experience and outstanding safety performance. We have trained employees in six different trades over the years, in addition we provide ongoing training for all employees.
Klinger has been actively involved in Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) since 1983 and was instrumental in helping to establish their apprenticeship programs for carpentry, electrical, plumbing and sheet-metal. Every Klinger employee has OSHA 10 training. All of our Supervisors and General Foreman have OSHA 30 training.
