BTI's new warehouse and office, distribution facility is now the anchor tenant for a new master plan employment zone located next to the Santa Fe Community College, which will provide continuing education and job pool opportunities.

Green practices incorporated in the design are; substantial use of windows and skylights, occupancy sensor lighting, enhanced insulation ratings in all walls and roof, recycled materials and a cistern to collect rain for landscape irrigation.
