The project consists of 2.4 acres of site work which included site utilities, two new drive entries, a public parking area  and an ambulance drop off area. The remodel area is a build-out of the existing shell space which is 16,000 SF with two new entry vestibules, 16 patient treatment Rooms, two triage rooms, large waiting room, staff facilities, and an x-ray room.
