In December the New Mexico NAIOP Chapter hosted their annual awards luncheon. Klinger’s team joined over 500 people attending the event. Klinger projects received awards once again.

Paula Hayden and Jason Tabbert’s Old Santa Fe Inn Renovation received the Eagle Award for Best Hospitality Project. This project was completed in four phases.

Jim Werkmeister and Antonio Trujillo’s Mirehaven Amenity Center and Pulte Homes was recognized with an Eagle Vision award for excellence in development.

Joel Loes and Joe Aguirre’s Starbucks received the Eagle award for best retail. This was built for Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. It is one of the largest Starbucks in the country.

Paula Hayden and Jason Tabbert’s La Fonda Hotel Renovation received an Award of Merit.

Paula Hayden and Jason Tabbert’s Delta Electronics also received an Award of Merit in the industrial category.
