Klinger Constructors, LLC was selected as the general contractor to build a memory care facility in Santa Fe. The city of Santa Fe Planning Commission gave final approval for The Montecito Santa Fe senior living center to develop a 40-bed, 37,000-square-foot memory center to serve patients with Alzheimer's and other memory deficiencies.
