City and business leaders broke ground Wednesday on the $35 million One Central project, poised to become a Downtown entertainment hub, at the northeast corner of Central Avenue and First Street.

The project is expected to include a massive parking garage and a six-story building with 66 apartments and 44,000 square feet of commercial space for a bowling alley, brewery and other tenants.
